Exciting franchise startup in the Charlotte area. We are looking to start hiring the production side of the business as we anticipate being very busy with our high functioning sales team.
Pay is 1099 and will be determined by scope of the job. Goal of this startup and team is to average two jobs per week, and have steady consistent work!

Bathroom & Shower Installer / Carpenter Responsibilities:
Manage bathroom remodel installation projects from start to finish
Help ensure top customer relations and satisfaction
Perform general plumbing & carpentry/drywall and flooring in bathroom
Perform light electrical for lighting installation
Work along side Installer's Helper
Bathroom & Shower Installer / Carpenter Qualifications:
Carpentry knowledge (bathroom remodeling experience preferred)
Light plumbing/drywall/electrical skills
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
Good work ethic & attention to detail
Ability to manage a project to completion
Experience working in customers' homes
Solid references
Bathroom & Shower Installer / Carpenter Income:
Good installers earn between $65- $110K per year

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Home improvement/renovation/handyman: 3 years (Required)
light plumbing/bathroom installation: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
