Reports to: Building Maintenance Manager
Approx Hours per week: 40
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm
Wage range: $17/hr
Summary: The qualified candidate will have an electrical/mechanical/carpentry/plumbing background in Building Construction or Facilities Maintenance.
This position will be responsible for rehabilitation of the Rock Hill facility along with ongoing maintenance of the facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Overall cleaning and maintenance on the building and property
· Support production as needed. Maybe be asked to help with manual labor tasks in production
· Repairs to include replacing light bulbs, damages at the loading docks and minor roof maintenance.
· Yard maintenance with mowers and weed whackers
· Painting
· Working with common power tools such as drills, impacts, saws, etc.
· Working on plumbing systems
· Working from ladders and scissors lifts
· Insulation repairs
· Loading dock maintenance. Checking bumpers and making repairs, cleaning out of the dock plate pits
· HVAC filter changes
· Ceiling tile replacement
· Exhaust fan maintenance
· Parking house keeping
· Maintaining emergency routes free and clear
· Exit door inspections
· Pest control inspections at stations

· Hand tools (wrenches, sockets, etc.)
· Power tools (drills, impact, saws)
· Forklift
· Scissors lift
· Ladders
· Ride on floor sweeper
Required PPE
· Steel toe shoes (worn at all times)
· Safety Glasses (worn at all times)
· Gloves (as needed per task)
· Hard hat (as needed per task)
· Ear plugs (as needed per task)
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift to 50 lbs. during a shift
· Must be able to meet physical demands including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching, up to 12 hours a day.
