Commercial Construction Superintendent
General Contractor in Salisbury, NC.
Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent. This position requires limited travel, Company Benefits, and the ability for advancement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
5 Years or more experience as a Project Superintendent (Commercial Construction)
Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
No criminal record
Ability to self-perform certain activities
Ability to supervise subcontractors, employees, vendors, and order materials as needed
Excellent communication skills required to coordinate with company team, architects, engineers, clients, reps and inspectors
Working knowledge of codes and the inspection process
Ability to read and understand building plans, construction documents, and OSHA Guidelines
Ability to maintain project scheduling
Willingness to travel is required
Basic Computer, Phone, Email and Text required
Working knowledge of Office, Word and Excel spreadsheets preferred
