We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful completion of our residential construction projects.
Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our residential construction projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. The Project Manager will work closely with the construction team, subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure that project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate all project activities and resources, including subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
Communicate project status updates to the construction team, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Manage project documentation and ensure that all project records are accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all workers on the project site.
Manage change orders and ensure that all changes are properly documented and approved.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards.
Ensure that all project closeout requirements are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
