We are looking for someone that is willing to learn and work hard in exchange for Great Pay and Opportunity. Starting pay is $20 an hour for your first week. After the first week your pay will be re-evaluated based on your performance. How much you make is up to you and how quickly you are willing to learn and help my small business grow. The pay will cap out at around $35 an hour after you can do all job duties efficiently and flawlessly. This may take 1-2 years to learn for the right person. After this step you will be given the opportunity to run the crew with another pay increase and potential bonuses. This job/trade is not for everyone. Please analyze job requirements.

No excessive tardiness or calling out of work

Job Duties:
operating a mortar mixer
operating a concrete buggy
operating a concrete curb extrusion machine
troweling concrete
stamping and coloring concrete to create curbing that looks like rock
All of this will be taught in great detail alongside of me (the company owner)
Concrete finishing experience is a plus but not required. There will be an interview process and the first week will be part of determining your pay. After each month we will re-evaluate your progress and pay. This is a right-hand man position.
