Skilled Tradesmen HVAC TECH NEEDED - Make your own schedule!
Handyman/Maintenance person needed for a family owned maintenance company. Candidates will need knowledge in the following areas (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Drywall ,Painting,) and more. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in all areas of Charlotte, NC. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has great knowledge with their own tools, experience speaking to homeowners & tenants, and able to work independently. You are going to do estimates for properties as well as doing maintenance repairs daily. We Offer YEAR ROUND work, starting pay will be $30-40/HR (If NATE certified we pay $40/hr) with flat rates. Paying EVERY WEEK! PART TIME AND FULL TIME OPEN. You will be a 1099 worker.
