Exterior Cleaning and Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
Perform exterior cleaning and maintenance tasks at various job sites
Adapt to different weather conditions and environments, working outside you will get dirty often.
Use and maintain a variety of common tools used in trades
Ability to manage outdoor work in wet, cold, or hot conditions.
May pull trailers on occasion
Must be comfortable driving a large truck
Must be comfortable working with ladders up to 40ft
Must be able to lift 50+lbs
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools
Flexible schedule; mandatory weekends occasionally
Ability to adapt to weather-dependent work schedule
Compensation:
$15 - $25 per hour based on experience and credentials. Tips are split between those who are on the job. Flexible working hours, family oriented atmosphere, uniforms provided, paid time off, health and dental insurance and much more!
