America’s Best Gutter Co. is a full‑service gutter protection company known for high‑quality installations and customer‑focused service. As we expand across North Carolina and into Fort Mill, South Carolina, we’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing crews.
Role Overview
This is an outdoor, client‑facing role where you’ll meet homeowners on‑site, explain the benefits of gutter protection, and generate new business. If you have construction or exterior home‑improvement experience, that’s a plus—but we’re primarily seeking someone with a sales mindset who enjoys working outside and engaging with people. We provide complete training on our products and installation methods. Candidates with their own gutter machine (5‑inch/6‑inch changeable) are eligible for a bonus.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through door‑to‑door outreach, referrals, local events and online inquiries.
Conduct onsite assessments of customers’ gutter systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Explain product features and benefits clearly, addressing homeowner concerns and questions.
Prepare and present estimates, close sales
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments and follow‑ups.
Represent America’s Best Gutter Co. professionally at all times.
Crew leads will coordinate installation schedules daily with Nicole for their team and ensure job sites are properly equipped
Qualifications
Experience working outdoors; construction or roofing background is an advantage.
Proven sales or customer‑service experience; comfort talking with homeowners in person and on the phone.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
You must have your own insurance, if you don't, we can assist in this process
Ability to climb ladders and access roofs for inspections when necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus: Possession of a 5/6‑inch changeable gutter machine. Candidates with their own machine will be paid an additional bonus.
Candidates are expected to purchase and maintain their own basic tools required for gutter installation.
Compensation
Competitive base pay, determined by experience.
Commission on every lead you generate and sale you close.
Bonus for owning a qualifying gutter machine (5‑inch/6‑inch changeable).
