Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Framers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling frameworks and structures for residential and commercial projects. Your expertise in carpentry and knowledge of construction techniques will be crucial in ensuring the quality and durability of our projects.
Duties:
· Measure, cut, and shape wood and other construction materials according to specifications.
· Construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs, ensuring they are plumb, square, and level.
· Install decks, including layout, framing, decking, and railing systems.
· Install exterior finishes such as siding, trim, and fascia boards.
Experience:
· Proven experience as a carpenter, framer, or deck builder in the construction industry.
· Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as measuring instruments.
· Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to framing and deck construction.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
· Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Previous experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
