We are a general contracting company that has specialized in bathroom and kitchen remodels. The business is growing and we are looking to grow with the best sub contractors and there are positions available for qualified full time employment. We are a tight group and operate with a quality over quantity approach.
Full time employee requirements:
- 1 Year minimum experience
-Drivers License
-US Citizen or proven eligibility to work in the US
-Reliable transportation
-Clean background
-Stellar forward thinking and problem solving skills
-High mechanical aptitude
-Positive attitude is a must
-Have your own basic tools (drill, tape, toolbelt, hammer, prybar, screw drivers etc)
-Be able to follow directions, common sense, normal
Sub Contractor Requirements:
-Proper Insurance
-Be able to fill out a W9 or 1099
Experience desired:
-Trim carpentry
-Cabinet Installation
-Novice electrical and plumbing experience a plus
-Ability to demo
-Framing (walls, doorways, windows)
-Deck Construction
-General handyman, remodeling, renovating
