3. Is personable with excellent interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoys interacting with target clients effortlessly

Responsibilities:
1. Estimation: Assess project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.
2. Salesmanship: Engage clients, communicate value, and secure sales.
3. Technical Insight: Leverage construction expertise in client interactions. Our experience shows that people who know what they are talking about rarely have to do any active selling.
