Job Requirements
- Must be HVAC experienced and certified.
- Minimum of 2 years apartment maintenance experience required.
- Must have valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be available for rotating night/weekend call duty.
- Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations.
- Must have the skills and experience to complete plumbing, HVAC, appliance and electrical repair.
