We are a property maintenance company looking to Hire full time and part time maintenance techs in the Charlotte north carolina area. This is a 1099 position for at least 30 days after 30 days if you want to apply for a full time position as a w2 employee you can or you can stay as a 1099 contractor. We cover all insurance and we pay daily for the first 2 weeks to make sure you like the job. Weekly pay after, our pay rate is 35 to 40 dollars per hour per job pay. It's basic handyman work. We have immediate openings available and we pay through same day cashapp or venmo and we offer fuel bonuses as well. We have plenty of year round work. Work schedule is very flexible.
