- Reliable, with own transportation.
- Ability to work efficiently, with occasional deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and work well with others.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Excellent math and patterning skills.
