We’re seeking a reliable Handyman to perform upkeep and repair tasks both inside and outside of a new client throughout Southeast. Your role will involve various odd jobs, so strong general repair skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and light repairs.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices on walls and sidewalks.
Assist with light installation or carpentry (e.g., building cabinets).
Repair equipment or appliances.
Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs.
Undertake assigned duties and emergency tasks (e.g., snow shoveling).
Requirements and Skills:
Proven handyman experience.
Familiarity with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
Good communication skills.
Carwash experience a plus
