Requirements:
Relevant experience:
Required
Roller/brush
Spraying
Priming
Scraping/Sanding
Preferred
Power washing (exterior prep)
light repairs: rotted wood, drywall, warped/damaged siding
Cabinetry
Business Requirements:
Registered, Insured business for service area(s). One of NC or SC is fine. Both is a bonus
General Liability Insurance
Workers Comp (Desired, but not hard requirement)
Tools and Equipment are self-furnished
Strong, responsive communication
