Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Pipe Welders for a project in Charlotte, NC!
SHIFT: 7:00am-4:30pm
PAY: $28.00-32.00/hr
HOURS: 40 hour work week
DURATION: Until end of year
START DATE: 11/25/2024 or 12/1/2024
Job Description for Pipe Welder:
Responsible for repairing and creating piping systems. Mainly use welding equipment to do this.
Spend most of their time measuring, cutting, and welding different types of pipe together.
A pipe welder needs to be able to use a wide variety of welding materials, equipment, and tools.
Need to know several different commonly-used welding techniques. It’s important that a worker in this position is able to carry out these tasks without having to need constant assistance or supervision to do so.
Pipe welders also need to be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Qualifications:
Must have pipe welding experience
PPE and all hand and power tools, plus welding mask and torch
Must pass federal background check
Must pass drug screen
