- [ ] Day kick off 8am.
- [ ] Create processes for schedule for company and run them.
- [ ] Have a grasp on all existing projects to be prepared for proper updates.
- [ ] Visit each site at minimum 2 times a week and manage properly
- [ ] Running daily call
- [ ] Updates needed when job clean up are needed such as pressure washing, dumpster swap or pick up. Updates sent at the end of each day.
- [ ] Send schedule out prior to 7pm each night (discuss with leadership as needed)
- [ ] Interview new hires
- [ ] Help implement processes
- [ ] Hands on as needed
- [ ] Making sure top Forman or yourself are onsite with team members if revolving around physically building
- [ ] Track team growth by having quarterly 1:2:1s
- [ ] If there is a need for team, tools, etc. run by leadership prior to.
