Job Summary:
As the Residential Renovation Project Manager, you will be a hands-on PM to oversee all phases of residential renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the highest standards. While on the job site you will be working alongside team members with the responsibility of managing the productivity of the team and project. You will work closely with clients, and the internal team to manage project timelines, and resources, while ensuring a smooth and successful renovation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing job tasks while answering and delegating next step direction to employees.
Manage the construction process of residential renovation projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones.
Coordinate with management to ensure materials and labor are available and meet project requirements.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and approve design plans and specifications to ensure compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Ensure all safety protocols and local building codes are adhered to during the project.
Qualifications:
Strong ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver.
Proven experience in managing residential renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and renovation techniques.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve issues and make decisions quickly to keep projects on track.
Having basic tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
