We are a locally owned construction company that specializes in exteriors (siding, roofing, etc). We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Warranty/Repair Technicial. The Warranty/Repair Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our field operations, working alongside experienced technicians to ensure the successful completion of various residential exterior projects.
The field tasks include, but are not limited to: performing siding repairs on Vinyl and Fiber Cement jobs.
Technical Skills:
Carpentry Skills: Must be proficient in using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materials.
Measurement Skills: Must have accurate measurement and layout skills to ensure precision on projects.
Blueprint Reading: Must be able to interpret and work from construction drawings and blueprints.
Safety Awareness: Must have knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Communication Skills: Must be able to collaborate with internal team effectively. Must be able to interact with clients, architects, and other counterparts to understand project requirements and provide updates.
Critical Thinking/Problem-Solving Skills: Must be able to adapt to unforeseen challenges, adapt and find practical solutions by identifying and solving problems on projects.
Time Management: Must have ability to manage time effectively for self and others to meet project deadlines. This includes planning and organizing tasks efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Must ensure quality of work for projects meets standards established by us and clients.
Customer Service: Must be able to understand and meet client expectations while addressing concerns professionally.
Mathematical Skills: Must be proficient in basic mathematical calculations for measuring, cutting, and estimating material.

Experienced working with Siding, Roofing
Must be able to properly setup ladder(s) and be comfortable with heights
Ability to lift and/or move heavy items
Must be able to perform both simple and complicated repairs
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be comfortable using technology (i.e.: smart phone, tablet, computer, etc.)
Bonus Skills (Optional):
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Requirements:
Must have a clean driving record
Must have at least 5 years experience
Must be able to work Mon. – Fri. 7:30 to 4:30 with occasional weekend hours if needed
Must write, speak and understand English
Job Information and Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time
Rate: $25 - $35 per hour
Benefits: Paid Time Off
