We are seeking an experienced and reliable plumber to address critical plumbing issues in a multi-unit residential building. Several plumbing stacks are experiencing failures, resulting in widespread drainage problems.
Current Plumbing Issues Include:
Laundry Stack Failures: Units 2101 – 6101
Kitchen Stack Failures: Units 2110 – 6110
Bathroom/Kitchen Stack Failures: Units 1104 – 6104 and 1105 – 6105
Toilet Stack Failures: Units 1115 – 6115
Additional Concerns:
Active Water Leak in Gym: Located below Unit 2101
Non-Functional Pet Wash Water Heater
We are looking for someone who can diagnose and resolve complex plumbing stack problems and handle warranty-related issues efficiently.
Pay: $35/hour
Location: Multi-story residential building
