Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Remodeling Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of remodeling tasks including demolition, trim carpentry, framing, small electrical/plumbing, flooring and much more.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the remodeling process.
Qualifications:
Experience in renovation or construction.
Having the ability to be forward thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret instructions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
