Small Resort Handy-Man & Groundskeeper (Part-Time ) Cornelius NC
-8 to 12 hours a week
-40 weeks per year (not 52) so roughly 320 to 480 hours per year
-$30 to $40.00 per hour based on experience
-all tools supplied
-flexibility for you to pick the two days per week you want to work (4 to 6hrs per day)
- invoice as a 1099 contractor

You friends and past co-workers would describe you as a:
-hands on jack of all trades master of none.
-you can troubleshoot and solve small electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and small engine/auto maintenance jobs.
-organized and detailed
-you are a tinkerer in your spare time who gets joy from keeping things right, tight, lean and clean around your own home
About Me
-entrepreneurial, quirky and slightly OCD at times
-operates best at 30,000ft not 3000ft.
-will double check and inspect your work, but give you lots of latitude on how to get it done (little to no micromanaging)
