This position provides the ability to control your income based on volume and production.
Compensation is based on Production - YOU DETERMINE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU MAKE!

Requirements:
Prior Experience in Welding and Fabrication
Must have reliable work truck
Must have Basic Tools for Welding/Metal Work (i.e. hand tools, torch set, etc)
Must have Personal Protection Equipment for Welding/Metal Work
Ability to Work Outside and in all Weather Conditions
Ability to be a Self-Starter
Welding machine preferred but not required
