I am a licensed HVAC company and I'm looking for someone ready to make the next step in their career. This person will become a working partner in the company and benefit from our amazing growth. You do not need the HVAC license, but you must be extremely knowledgeable and motivated.
Ideally, you should be able to:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to extend their lifespan.
Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality.
Build and install new HVAC systems as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
Experience
Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair is essential.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R repair and property maintenance preferred.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team while demonstrating problem-solving skills.
