Minutemen Logistics Corp. is hiring a CDL A driver for a full-time, FedEx position in Charlotte, NC!
4-6 night work week with regional runs that put you back home daily!
If you have 1+ year experience as a class A CDL driver with a clean driving record, you may be the perfect candidate and we would love to hear from you! Our night routes are domiciled in Charlotte, NC and service locations in NC, SC, GA and VA.

What qualifications are expected:
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a drug test
Pass a criminal background and Motor Vehicle Record check for the last 10 years
Provide appropriate CDL and double endorsements for the position
Prior FedEx experience required; Business Contact (BC) experience preferred
What kind of experience is expected:
1 year’s experience within the last 3 years, OR
5 years experience within the previous 10 years
What skills are expected:
Safety and awareness on the road a must
Dedicated and reliable employee
Strong communication both within the company as well as with FedEx
Mechanically inclined to have an eye for issues that may be found during pre/post trip inspections
Safe drop and hook practices to ensure all procedures are followed
Duties include:
Communication with company management
Communication with FedEx management if serving as the business contact
Pre-trip truck inspection
Arriving on-time at facility for set dispatch time
Hooking of a single trailer (53' or 28') or doubles with a dolly
Safe and timely driving to FedEx destination to ensure service adherence
Unhooking of trailer(s)/dolly; picking and hooking return load
Arrival at home hub where post trip inspection must be completed
ELD/driver log completion and regulatory compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week based on the number of nights you work
