What we require: reliable and honest, good driving record, able to pass a drug test (no test for thc), positive attitude, able to work as a team, able to work alone without micromanaging, good with tech (yes, the repo business is big on tech), organized and detail oriented and good communication skills (this is a must)
3rd shift spotter driver - 9pm-5am., Sun night through Thursday night. This job includes driving in a company provided car, checking addresses for cars out for repo. You will need to observe and report and update the bank about what what was there or communicate the car you found to the trucks on duty. You must be aware of your surroundings, able to think on your feet and hustle.
The ideal person for the spotter positions would be someone who likes to drive, could have done uber/lyft/door dash or amazon delivery, someone who who can work their day solo, but can communicate with fellow staff when needed.
The pay for the spotter positions is hourly plus commission, with pay averaging around 20-30 per hour including commission once trained.
