Charlotte's best repossession company is hiring dayshift spotter drivers. In this role the employee would be responsible for running a route or zone, checking as many addresses per shift as possible to locate cars that are out for repo.
Important skills to have to be successful at this job include:
- Good communication skills
- be comfortable with technology, websites, apps, computers
- the ability to stay on task and focused
- be alert and drive safely
Applicants will need to have a good driving record with no major violations in the last 3+ years (no DUI, suspension, reckless driving). This is driving a company vehicle, not your own vehicle. Applicants will need to be able to pass a drug screen.
People who would make a good fit - uber, lyft, door dash, taxi driver experience. Anyone who likes to drive, hustle, make money, put in the effort and get rewarded.

Pay is hourly plus commission with bonus opportunity. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, as well as pto time, paid holidays and 401k with a company match.
We are looking to add multiple drivers. Training for 3rd shift will done on dayshift for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to moving to nights. Once trained expected earnings $750-1200 per week. Top drivers make $70k+ per year.
