Important Information:
Please only apply if you are comfortable with the terms outlined in the sample contract. The compensation structure is solely performance-based and directly tied to the success of monetizing the website. There is no income being generated from the site currently, so the pay structure is built around your ability to drive traffic and implement monetization strategies that generate revenue.
The terms are flexible and open to discussion, but since the site is not yet generating income, the structure outlined in the sample contract will form the foundation for compensation. This means your earnings will come from the revenue generated by your work, as detailed in the contract.
Sample Contract Overview:
The agreement between the Client and Contractor outlines the responsibilities of managing and developing talk2food.com for a one-year term, focusing on driving traffic and generating revenue through optimized strategies.
Compensation & Revenue Share:
The Contractor will receive the first $10,000 of net income generated by the site.
After the first $10,000, the Contractor will receive 50% of the net income.
Net income is defined as gross revenue minus operating expenses (hosting, marketing, domain fees, etc.).
Payments will be made biweekly, with full transparency through detailed financial statements.
Example Calculation:
If the site generates $100,000 in gross revenue with $10,000 in operating expenses, the net income is $90,000. The Contractor receives the first $10,000, plus 50% of the remaining $80,000, equating to $50,000 total for the Contractor.
Termination & Renewal:
The contract will run for a one-year period, with the option for renewal based on performance. Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, and the Contractor will be compensated for income earned up until the termination date.
Communication & Collaboration:
Regular updates and weekly meetings will ensure continued alignment on strategies, goals, and project progress.
