Join us.DescriptionAs a Product Support Specialist II – Quick Repair in Clayton, NC you will support current product production through the testing and repair of BCP machines according to the needs of the assembly line and offline repair. Test, validate and repair production machines as needed according to Engineering protocols. You will perform various activities to test for proper operation and quality issues of BCP machines, performing necessary rework and repair when issues are found.Basic Qualifications
1 year of machine assembly, electrical and hydraulic experience
Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Heavy equipment machine operator experience
Trouble shooting in a dynamic environment
Experience with root cause analysis to troubleshoot
Machine rework experience
Basic proficiency with computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
