A Restaurant Service Lead supports the Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) with the day-to-day operations at Eataly’s full-service restaurants. Reports to the Restaurant AGM and serves as a liaison with restaurant support staff.Provides a steady leadership presence on the floor daily, monitoring guest, food and team member serviceEnsures exceptional service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried out effectivelyInspects dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsPurchases supplies, beverages and equipment as per the direction of the Restaurant AGMAssists with administrative and operational duties as neededDocuments, investigates, escalates and resolves all employee and guest incidentsPerforms other duties as required or assigned
