Lead and execute the B2B marketing strategy across business lines
Translate customer, market and consumer insights into strong propositions and category stories
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure a consistent, distinctive market presence
Drive demand generation through campaigns, content and sales enablement
Translate complex ingredient expertise into clear, compelling customer value
Monitor performance and continuously improve impact based on data and insights
Lead internal communication to connect strategy, purpose and behaviour across the organisation
