Overseeing the overall operations of Specifica’s Durham lab, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Providing operational and technical leadership in executing lab processes and procedures.
Meeting the lab’s safety, quality, delivery, and financial goals.
Ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service are maintained.
Working closely with Specifica’s Santa Fe operations to execute and resolve any corrective actions.
Establishing effective staff selection and training programs.
Participating in the development and implementation of the department’s operating budget.
Fostering a unified culture and facilitating collaboration, cooperation, sharing of information and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in laboratory management and administration.
A track record of successful delivery of customer projects.
Experience in managing day-to-day lab activities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to laboratory operations.
Experience in staff selection and training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for this Role
Knowledge of lab processes and procedures.
