WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:The Role for this outside marketing and Business Development will be responsible for contacting and establishing new referrals and qualified leads within a defined territory. Their territory will be Chapel Hill, Durham, and Hillsborough. The main objective of this role is lead generation and to set the appointment.This person will be the face of our company promoting our business, so we need someone comfortable in front of people. The successful candidate will beself-motivated, and does not need to be handheld with every part of their job; theypossess excellent interpersonal and phone skills with the ability to develop a rapport with business partners and clients. The overall goal of this position is to drive sales, develop markets and create new opportunities for the franchise owner(s).Benefits:

Typical Responsibilities

Work within a defined territory to identify and develop potential partners/clients.

Actively pursue sales partnerships and contact lead sources by email, phone, and in person with local travel.

Work cohesively in a team with a common goal to bring in more business forowner(s).

Identify, manage and develop referral sources and educate those sources on product services; clearly establish differentiation from competition.

Maintain adequate knowledge ofservices and specialty programs.

Support and utilize sales tools such as branded materials, social media, sales development training and webinars, and event-driven Email Campaigns

Comfortable making presentations in front of realtor groups and senior living communities to promote our brand.

Energetic personality, High closing ratios > 60-80%, and comfortable talking with people and asking for the sale!

Flexible hours - but typically available during the hours of 10:00-3:00pm.

$18 - $25per hr. depending on experience, plus bonus for closed leads, and mileage

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience sales and marketing with proven results

Above average presentation/public speaking skills

Must possess at a minimum, (optional: High School degree

Must exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively

Have a positive mindset and strong sense of purpose with the capacity to develop a passion for ourmission and vision

Motivated, self-starter with strong organization and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),

Networking, and creating a marketing plans

Fun energetic personality.

Above averagecustomer service skills

Excellent organizations skills
