Philips RespirTech works with healthcare teams, patients, and caregivers to provide effective airway clearance therapy with the Philips InCourage system. InCourage vest therapy is designed for simple, safe, and effective airway secretion clearance for patients with a wide range of chronic respiratory conditions including cystic fibrosis, certain neuromotor/neuromuscular disorders, COPD, and bronchiectasis. Our Territory Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in clinic and hospital settings to support those who may benefit from the InCourage airway clearance therapy solution. RespirTech’s innovative products and exceptional service supports patients on their journey to better breathing.Territory Manager Role :

Outside sales and territory management.

New business development and employ a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, overcome objections and change mindsets.

Foster growth and maintain positive relationships within existing accounts.

Analyze and utilize data to develop, coordinate and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory. This includes targeting, routing, and messaging.

Achieve specific performance goals and territory growth according to the established Territory Manager role job obligations and expectations.

Complete training program to become proficient in all aspects of the RespirTech InCourage airway clearance therapy, services provided by the organization and the clinical profile of the patients we serve.

Clearly communicate to your customers about product and service differentiators; present supporting clinical evidence; educate on patient selection and how to order based on Medicare and private insurance coverage criteria.

Present value propositions/customer solutions in a meaningful way that demonstrates understanding of customers needs.

Perform product demonstrations, patient selection in-services and present clinical evidence to physicians and other clinical personnel in individual, small and large groups.

Management of pipeline from generation of prescription to patient training to follow up with healthcare team on patient outcomes. This includes ensuring order and prescription documentation is complete and accurate.

Maintain accurate record keeping on prospective and active customer accounts.

Performs other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications Required :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience

3+ years successful direct field sales experience

Ability to be in the field within Territory 90% (including some overnights)

Qualifications Preferred:

Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience

Outside sales experience within this geography

Ability to lift 20 pounds

Experience selling to pulmonologists

Will consider RTs and RNs with pulmonary experience and qualifying knowledge & skills

Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills

Proficiency with analyzing sales data to implement a strategic selling plan

Proven success rate at levels above quotas

Hunter mentality combined with ability to build long-lasting business relationships

Strong organizational and presentation skills

Detail-oriented and “hands-on” to follow multiple orders through from generation to close
