We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Development Manager with our innovative financial client in Durham.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Development Manager:
  • Improve digital experience of enterprise business resiliency program
  • Drive creative design through workflow automation
  • Plan, develop, and implement solutions that meet enterprise goals and objectives
  • Partner across the organization, demonstrating good communication and business partner teamwork skills

Requirements of the Salesforce Development Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant subject area preferred or combination of significant work experience and/or education
  • Experience with backend Salesforce.com platform and/or similar automation/workflow products
  • Experience in business continuity, disaster recovery and/or risk management subject area desired
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to present and share knowledge across teams and business units
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop process and knowledge management materials
