Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Scrum Moderator for their enterprise networking and cloud solutions client in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC).
The Scrum Moderator is required to manage multiple scrum teams in the Infrastructure and Container Services team within IT to provide Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to internal customers. The role will be part of an exciting team that is utilizing Agile methodology to aggressively release new features for programmable infrastructure in cloud computing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Multiple Scrum teams across different areas of OpenStack Program
Conduct Sprint ceremonies such as Sprint planning, Daily standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Reviews and Sprint demos
Collaborate with team to create teaming agreements, Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria
Serve as Agile coach and mentor within the team
Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration and creativity
Work with Product Owner and Product Manager to understand program and product priorities
Help Scrum team by being a Servant Leader and mobilizing team members towards self-organization
Manage creation of Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks
Be an active member of a Program Scrum, providing updates on blockers, resourcing, readouts, and updates on scrums
2-3+ years knowledge as an active Scrum Moderator and Scrum accreditation
Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
Be comfortable implementing Agile methodology outside of Software development
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Extensive knowledge of JIRA tool and ability to create dashboards
Experience working with virtual and remote team participants
Strong interpersonal and written communication and presentation skills
