General apartment maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Apartment turns including drywall repair, painting, and general cleaning
Perform other related duties as assigned
After hours on-call (emergency phone provided)
HVAC certification a plus
Driver’s license and dependable transportation required
Guaranteed 29-hour work week, full time possible with shared site
Paid every two weeks; holidays and paid time off; 401(k) retirement w/ matching; life insurance
