Well established firm needs a full time real estate attorney, practicing primarily in residential real estate with some commercial real estate closings to take over the real estate practice for a retiring attorney. By extension of the real estate practice, this attorney also handles some estate work. The practice is already established; developing the practice is not a requirement. Our current real estate attorney can/will provide on the job training. Extremely competent and experienced assistants/paralegals are already in place.
