We are looking for experienced in foreclosure law, declaratory relief actions, and partition actions.
You must have strong litigation background.
Licensed in NC and SC preferred.
Your primary responsibilities will be.
1. LLC creation.
2. Evictions and Property Abandonment
3. Foreclosure Hearings
4. Partition Actions
5. Estate Filings
6. Minor Litigation
7. Subject to documents
8. Litigation

Compensation: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 a year depending on work ethic, litigation skills, and experience.
