What You'll Be Doing:
Warmly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting
Answer incoming calls, route them to the correct staff, or take messages
Keep the front desk area clean and professional
Provide basic information to guests and callers
Receive and distribute mail and packages

Clear and pleasant phone voice
Reliable and punctual work habits
Ability to stay composed in a busy front office environment
Basic computer skills and comfort with phone systems
