We are a great National Mortgage Banker that has done very well in all states We offer "Multi -State" lending to all of our Branch Offices and Loan Officers!
For Licensed Loan Officers with a book of business, we will give leads for our builder business
We are looking for new people in all of the USE, But have a builder that I will provide leads to if you have your own book of business as well out of the North West North Carolina office's we are nationwide and we are a DIRECT LENDER for all types of loans.
We help get you licensed as you learn if you are new and have a book of business We work with a lot of ex Real Estate agents and Title Reps to build a new sales business. We will also take a team that has a Real Estate agent that has a family member that wants to learn the loan biz! It is another revenue stream that helps the team
