Interested in a career in Real Estate? The state of North Carolina requires real estate candidates to complete a 75 hour Pre-Licensing course prior to sitting for the state licensing exam. We are offering that class which starts on September 30th and runs for 6 weeks until November 6th. Course costs $180 and will run on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am to 2pm. Must be 18 years old. The course is held at the community college. Online registration is available and highly encouraged. This class is much cheaper than private schools.
