Route sales experience in these areas, preferred Responsibilities: Build strong and successful customer relationshipsDevelop and manage retailer account base to meet sales quotasMaximize product visibility and product price pointsAnalyze sales history and identify optimal ways to boost growthMerchandise product with planograms; replace dispensers and re-stock suppliesCreate sales by introducing new products, training retailers and players, marketing at special events and Recruiting new retailers and prospects through social media, internet and networkingManage inventory, perform site surveys, provide new product inventoryAssist current and potential retailers with contract information and facilitate the onboarding process for new retailers Requirements: One to three years of route sales experience preferredRetail sales and/or customer service experience a plusExperience in prospecting and cold callingOutstanding relationship building skillsExcellent organization skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalencyFrequent driving requiredIrregular hours required on occasionValid Class C Driver's License and good driving recordNotary Public will be necessary if selectedHiring Rate: $51,078 + incentive (this position will be filled at or near the posted salary) Close Date: May 12, 2024 About the North Carolina Education LotteryWe raise money for a great cause!
