Licensed residential contractor seeks an experienced crew or individual to install fiber-cement lap siding (James Hardie or similar) on a single-family home in Dudley, NC (28333).
Job Details
Project size: approx. 1,100 sq ft of siding
One-story home, new construction
Must handle all installation tasks: flashing, trim, caulking, proper WRB integration, and meet 2018 NC Residential Code
Materials supplied (siding, trim, fasteners) – labor only
Requirements
Proven experience with fiber-cement products (HardiePlank, Allura, etc.)
Own tools, ladders, and safety equipment
Ability to meet schedule and maintain high-quality workmanship
Provide references or photos of recent similar jobs
Liability insurance preferred
