Real Estate company is seeking a full-time handyman to do repair/maintenance on our homes. The qualified applicant must be hardworking, a jack of all trades with a unique talent for performing all kinds of repair and maintenance (plumbing, minor electrical, decks, flooring, sheet rock, siding, roofing, etc.). Must present a friendly approach and have a keen eye for detail. Must be honest, trustworthy and dependable. Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and provide your own basic tools. We are NOT looking for businesses- we are seeking to add to our current team.
