Apartment turnover experience
Maintaining cleanliness of buildings and common areas
On-call rotation
Snow Removal (if applicable)
Landscaping maintenance

Apartment Community maintenance experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have essential tools
Flexibility in schedule to perform on-call rotation
