Kurtis Chevrolet located in the heart of the Crystal Coast is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Mechanic. Our Mechanics work on a variety of vehicle types (including HIGH Performace, Hybrid, Diesel) and perform duties requiring basic to advanced skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate with the Dispatcher and Service Advisor regarding all Repair Orders
Complete repairs covered by warranty using manufacturer guidelines
Performs work with efficiency while conforming with our excellent customer service driven standards
Diagnose vehicle issues, perform factory scheduled and routine maintenance, complete NC State inspections. Perform repairs to vehicle systems including engine (diesel), transmission, and electrical system
Operate specialized diagnostic equipment and tools
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1 year experience
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to learn new technology and repair techniques
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
