Seeking hardworking individual with experience in lawn care & exterior property maintenance. Will be working alone majority of time, outside in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
Dependable - must show up on time every day
Proficient at driving a truck with trailer
Ability to operate & maintain commercial landscape equipment
Lifting heavy objects
Well rounded with common sense
Detail Oriented
Preferable skills but not required:
Construction experience
Mechanical skills
Operate heavy equipment
Proficient at using a chainsaw
Approximately 75% of workload will consist of maintaining apartment grounds at several locations in Greenville. Job to include but not limited to:
Mowing, edging, weedeating, planting and maintaining shrubs and flower beds, installing mulch & pinestraw
The other 25% will include a wide variety of tasks ranging from:
Pressure washing, maintaining different types of equipment, assisting with sawmill operations (stacking heavy lumber) & running personal errands for owner.
Flexibility will be needed as assignments may differ day to day.
Position available immediately.
Starting pay $12 - $15 /hr depending on experience w/ possibility of bonuses.
