Commercial Building Construction & Service – Start Immediately!
SKILLS REQUIRED:
5+ years of Carpentry and Installation
5+ years of general construction experience, including finish carpentry
Understand the dynamics of a Building’s plumbing: electrical and HVAC systems
Determine the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each step of the job and generate accurate lists of everything that is required
Ensure on-site Subcontractors are performing within scope of work
Physical ability to climb on roofs, into confined spaces and carry 50 -75 lbs.
Ability to work independently
Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job.
Must own General Tools
Professional appearance/demeanor and positive attitude
Clean driving record/background check and drug free
Provide exceptional customer service
